WHAT ARE ESSENTIAL OILS?
Essential oils come from the beautiful, aromatic life force of most shrubs, plants, herbs, flowers, trees, roots and seeds. They are typically extracted using a steam distillation process that keeps their properties intact.
Guys, oils are just amazing- you can put them on your skin, ingest them, breath them in & diffuse around you. They are so safe!
It's really incredible to think how they work, your skin is your largest organ, and has the ability to absorb what you put on it! We are so used to thinking about our skin as something to protect us, not to bring substances in, but science and the medical community agree that sometimes the most effective way to get things into our body is by skin- bypassing your metabolism and going right into the blood stream. Cool! God is Incredible :) And that's why essential oils work so well, particularly Young Living oils, which are so pure and heavily concentrated .. (Please don’t buy oils with knowing the company and the way they bottle them, so many use fillers! )

MY STORY:
A beautiful friend introduced me to oils but it took me a year or more to jump on the oil train!
I got to a desperate place where my children were perpetually fighting respiratory illness's and on top of that- my 6 yr old (spectrum disorder & sensory processing issues) was about to begin kindergarten and I was looking for something to aid her through this new transition ( and myself...stress away please! ) !
